It is suitable for baking cakes, breads, biscuits and other foods, and is used in large bakeries or food factories.
Gas tunnel oven Features:
1. The tunnel oven with the large capacity, high efficiency and labor-saving advantage.
2. The temperature is separated to control by top and bottom fire, and can adjust the speed according to different products, e.g. bread, cake, ect.
3. Special design, substitute the traditional tunnel oven that the temperature is high on both sides but low in the middle.
4. Imported from France and Japan electric components, low noise and durable.
5. Using Germany technology stainless steel network chain, has solved the broken chain problem that caused by thermal expansion.
6. Using ceramic isolation between inside and outside face, it can save the energy more than 25%.
7. Cleaning residue automatically and can shake out the product by manual operation when the power cut off.
8. PLC control system and full-automatic transportation line can be equipped, realize the automation of production.
